Ask for one fish of the day to share among other things.Fish came split in half in 2 plates, which I thought was a nice thought. When bill came we got charge for 2 fish. Thinking it was a mistake I ask the waiter who produced the bill and he said that it’s the price per portion. So... at 18.50 euro a portion we ended paying a normal size fresh fish 37 Euro!!!!!

Beware and ask for prices before you eat here even though it’s a drag and you want to enjoy your holiday.

Visited in January, one dinner in this place had cost me 60e, it is up to you if you wanna pay this much for one dinner. I had seafood soup - nice well done five euro, then prawns in garlic, floating in oil, 10euro on the menu, and then half seabass in salt, for 18e on the menu. So far total bill of 33e. also I had ordered 3 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and the bill somehow came to 58euro , so very expensive place. I felt like I've been robbed

When we are in Lanzarote (12 weeks of the year), we eat every week in this restaurant. We also eat in a number of other restaurants but we eat here especially for the fish. It is the best fish of any restaurant we eat in. The fish of the day is always fresh and we usually have Cherne. The service is as good and friendly as anywhere we eat. It is as authentic as you can get a Spanish restaurant on the beach watching the sunset. No frills or gimmicks.

It's not cheap and yet it is invariably nearly full every time we visit.

If you are the type to remember the cost of every item, including the orange juice, on the menu then price is obviously a concern for you. I suggest you eat in a tourist restaurant in a tourist resort where you will find dozens of restaurants to suit your budget - don't expect a whole fresh fish though.

Delicious food, served just a few meters from the ocean. Great views.
